Terms and Conditions
BOOKING FEES
A booking fee is payable to confirm a makeup and/or hair styling services booking and secure the requested time and date (subject to availability). Please note that your date is not secured until the booking fee is paid.
Booking fees are as follows:
- $200 for all wedding party bookings
- $50 for all other bookings
All booking fees are deducted from your final invoice.
A booking fee for any service is non-refundable.
However, booking fees can be transferred to an alternate date if there is availability on that date. If there is no availability on the alternate date, booking fee is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation, your booking fee is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
If you fail to attend or be available for a booking you are not entitled to a refund and forfeit all monies paid by you in respect of the total Fees (including the Booking Fee).
In the unlikely event that I cancel your booking due to circumstances out of my control (emergency/serious illness etc), I will contact you as soon as possible and recommend another artist (of similar experience and style) to you along with any relevant notes/photos (if a trial has been done).
INVOICES
All invoices must be paid in full up to 3 business days before event via confirmed bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed (such as, for same day bookings).
Any changes to services on the day of the event (such as, an additional person requesting makeup) are subject to agreement and will incur costs according to current price list. Additional services requested must be paid for on the same day via cash or card before services rendered.
HEALTH AND HYGIENE
Any clients suffering from any contagious or infectious illnesses must provide prior notice to booking where possible. While rights are reserved to refuse service in these cases, they will be managed on a case by case basis.
